AUBIN is a premium retail brand built on craftsmanship, sustainability, and brilliant customer experience. We’re gearing up for our busiest season and are adding aPeak Retail Coordinator to support our existing Retail Coordinator across the Christmas period.
Contract:Fixed-term,November1st -February 1st
Location:Edinburgh Store
Hours:Flexible rotaincluding weekends, and bank holidays(availability over Christmas week, is essential)
About the role:
- Support store & ECommerce Ops:Help process, pick and pack online orders from store stock with speed and accuracy.
- Stock control:Receive deliveries, maintain stock accuracy, assist with replenishment and transfers.
- Repairs & aftercare:Coordinate customer repair requests and liaise with service partners.
- Back-of-house excellence:Keep the stockroom organised; complete daily inventory checks and system updates.
- Click & Collect:Manage collection orders to ensure a seamless experience.
- Reporting basics:Update stock levels, track returns, and assist with simple sales/stock reports.
You’ll report to theeCommerce Manager and work closely with ourRetail Coordinator to keep everything running smoothly through peak.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in retail, stock control, or eCommerce (seasonal or permanent).
- Confident, customer-first approach and calm under pressure.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail; able to juggle priorities.
- Comfortable using inventory systems and Shopify (training provided).
- Basic Excel skills are a plus.
- Flexibilityto work variable hours,especially weekendsand key peak dates.
