As a Talent Acquisition Manager for Cambridge House, this role will be focused on creating recruitment strategies to identify key talent to create best in class teams across all departments. This individual will not only lead the recruitment efforts but also participate in creating an amazing candidate experience and team member culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead an effective recruitment strategy that attracts and retains top talent for line level and management positions.
  • Oversee and facilitate all visa recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, completing training plans and visa petitions and any other required paperwork.
  • Begin the life cycle for the team member by overseeing pre-employment and onboarding processes including pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and sending offer letters.
  • Act as a liaison between the Hotel and schools, universities, and employment agencies, including attending job fairs as needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent & Culture managers regarding their hiring needs, internal transfers, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment or human resources role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience working in a high volume recruitment environment.
  • Exposure to hotel recruitment; food & beverage, culinary, operations etc.
  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
  • Ability to travel to job fairs and key recruitment events.
  • Ability to live and work within the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
  • Multi lingual desired.
