The role requires an expert capable of diagnosing and resolving high‑complexity, non‑routine technical challenges, introducing best practices from wider industries, and shaping enterprise standards, patterns and technical procedures. This individual will act as a recognised subject‑matter authority, influencing business process and data redesign, driving architectural simplification, and developing new approaches and frameworks.
