The Company
Our client, in the environmental sector, has an opportunity to join them at their recycling processing site as a Shift Supervisor. This is an opportunity to work in a strong and stable industry sector providing consistency, longevity and progression.
The Role of a Shift Supervisor
As Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of operations during your shift, ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of the site. You will supervise, motivate and co-ordinate the operational shift activities at our clients recycling processing plant. This includes effective supervision of personnel, maintenance of production standards, and adherence to all safety and compliance protocols. You will work with our Production Manager to ensure the shift produces the quality of recycling material required. As Shift Supervisor you will work with our maintenance team who will support the shift. You will co-ordinate with traffic and product coming onto site to ensure production is constant and efficient. You will ensure that there is a positive Health.
