The Company
Our client, in the environmental waste sector, has an opportunity to join them at one of their recycling centres as Site Supervisor. This is a stable, consistent and growing industry to be part of with an established organisation who provide training and progression.
The Role
- As Site Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our client's Recycling Centre.
- As Site Supervisor you will supervise and motivate your team of Site Operatives, looking for opportunities to develop and support.
- As an operational Recycling Facility you will make certain our client's operations are in line with the site's waste permits.
- As Site Supervisor you will ensure a safety first environment, through regular inspections and working with your team to adhere to safety procedures at all times.
- You will work with our Logistics team to safely manage and control the number of vehicle movements into site.
- Reporting to the Area Supervisor you will provide support to your colleagues at other sites if required.
- As an operational site open to the public you will ensure positive relations in relation to site activities.
- As Site Supervisor you will ensure that static and mobile plant is maintained.
