AU10TIX is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own a portfolio of UK and EMEA customers. This UK-based remote role involves travel to meetings and the London office when required.
You will build multi-threaded relationships, understand goals and success metrics, lead QBRs/EBRs, and own renewals and expansion opportunities. You will coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, R&D, Support, and Finance to resolve issues and drive adoption.
