Au Vodka is recruiting a Kitchen & Catering Assistant to support our daytime catering operation at Au HQ, Swansea. This zero‑hours role offers flexible hours to fit around our schedule. You’ll help with food preparation, serving, cleaning and general kitchen duties, working as part of a friendly team in a busy kitchen.
Availability every Saturday and some weekday shifts is required. Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential—the right attitude and reliability matter.
