Due to upcoming growth in the Merseyside area (within 10 miles of Liverpool City Centre), Au Dental is looking to engage a number of Associates to express their interest in joining our highly experienced, energetic and forward-looking team. We are part of a family-owned dental group currently with 8 practices. The group is supported by a finance and marketing department and focuses heavily on clinical development through its development programme - Au Evolve. We currently comprise approximately 60 associates, 8 therapists and foundation dentists. A number of specialists work in our group from endodontists to implant and oral surgeons. Our vision is to make every practice a specialist centre that focuses on the patient experience.
Role:
- Days - flexible - open to 3-4 days per week, one late night and Private Saturdays optional
- 3000-5000 NHS UDAs on offer (depending on days) with the opportunity to take part in a pilot NHS scheme which attracts an additional sessional fee
- Full Renovation of Practice to create upstairs surgeries just completed
- Established well-maintained NHS and private patient list
The Practice:
- An experienced and supportive single-site practice manager with a private dental background
- £12,000+ spent on marketing monthly e.g. Google Ads
- 7000+ Google Reviews & a strong focus on patient experience
- iTero at every practice and Trios
- Fully digitalised currently using iPads in every surgery. iPads are used to show portfolios, visual animations and sign treatment plans
- A strong Clinical team spearheaded by the Clinical Advisors, including a Lead Dentist
- Long-serving, dedicated and highly experienced team
- Ideally located in Huyton, Liverpool with a train station a short distance away
Development opportunities within the group:
- Option to go on a 6-week ethical sales and communication course with the Managing Director, Aly Tejani
- Regular catch-ups with the Clinical Advisors
- Au Evolve, our own training initiative comprising the opportunity to shadow, attend peer reviews and our annual conference
- Associate Development Scheme - course contribution of up to £1,000 available
- Courses with Nik Sethi, Elevate Dental
- Work with clinicians in our group to develop short term orthodontics skills
- Develop facial aesthetics experience
- Opportunity to train to provide sedation
- Observe and develop from an experienced minor oral surgeon
- Observe and learn implant dentistry from our in-house implantologist
Equipment:
- Rotary Endodontics as standard
- X-rays in every surgery
- Sectional matrix for use in posterior composites
- Use of an iTero Scanner (within the practice)
Practice offers:
- Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Facial Aesthetics, Implants, Oral Surgery plus Hygienist and Therapist
- Use of iPads to show visual animations, before & afters. This ties in with the communication course
