This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Prosthodontist to join a leading team of clinicians delivering outstanding restorative and implant-based dentistry in a modern, patient-centred environment.

The Role

• Part-time position
• You will provide a full range of prosthodontic and restorative treatments — including crowns, bridges, veneers, full-mouth rehabilitation, and implant-supported restorations
• Supported by a highly trained clinical and nursing team with digital workflows and treatment coordination
• Collaborative working with our Clinical Advisors and the wider multidisciplinary team
• The practice already has strong referrals for orthodontics, endodontics, and implants, and we are actively building up a robust prosthodontic referral base to complement these specialisms

The Practice

• 6-surgery, fully digital practice with iTero Scanner, OPG and digital X-rays
• Modern iPad-based consultation process – used for animations, portfolios and signing treatment plans
• 1000+ Google Reviews and a strong focus on patient experience
• £100k+ annual marketing budget across the group to support private growth (including Google Ads & content marketing)
• Experienced Practice Manager with a private dental background and referral centre experience
• Conveniently located in central Milton Keynes with train station nearby

Development & Group Support

• Guidance and mentorship from Clinical Advisors with extensive experience across advanced restorative and implant dentistry
• Option to attend our 6-week Ethical Sales & Communication Course led by our Managing Director, Aly Tejani, designed to enhance patient experience and treatment acceptance
• Au Evolve training initiative: opportunities to shadow, attend peer reviews and our annual clinical conference
• Associate Development Scheme – course contribution of up to £1,000
• Access to cross-specialist mentorship within the group, including short-term ortho, facial aesthetics and sedation

Requirements

• GDC registration as a Specialist in Prosthodontics
• Demonstrated experience in restorative and implant prosthodontics
• Excellent communication and patient-centred approach
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence
