Bredbury Dental Centre, part of the Au Dental, is looking for a new Associate to join our highly experienced, energetic and forward-looking team. This practice is a fully fledged 8 surgery dental centre. This expansion has all happened over a few years with a vision of making Bredbury Dental Centre a leading dental provider in the Stockport area.
The group is supported by a marketing department and focuses heavily on clinical development through its development programme – Au Evolve. There is an exciting partnership with Elevate Dental where heavily discounted exclusive training is available. A number of specialists work in our group from endodontists to implantologists and oral surgeons that have hospital experience. Our vision is to make every practice a specialist centre that focuses on the patient experience.
Role: 4500 UDAs + private income. We are happy to show redacted data on associate performance. We are implementing a drive behind marketing and online booking. Opportunity to work on weekends with a proven track record with other associates that are currently working on the weekend. Established well-maintained NHS and private patient list.
Practice: Experienced and supportive single-site practice manager. Strong lead clinician team and Clinical Advisors. 12,000+ marketing monthly e.g. Google Ads, 850+ Google Reviews, strong focus on patient experience. 8 surgery practice with an i-Tero Scanner and Trios. Fully currently using iPads in every surgery. iPads are used to show portfolios, visual animations and sign treatment plans. Strong Clinical team spearheaded by 2x Clinical Advisors. Long-serving, dedicated and highly experienced team. 25-30 minute drive from Central Manchester and have a train station close by that is only a short walk away.
Practice Offers: Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Facial Aesthetics, Implants, Oral Surgery plus Hygienist and Therapist.
Development Opportunities: Support of 2x dentists with 20+ years experience in dentistry. Regular catch-ups with the Clinical Advisor. A&U Evolve, our own training initiative comprising the opportunity to shadow, attend peer reviews and our annual conference. Associate Development Scheme – course contribution of up to £1,000 available. Work with clinicians in our group to develop short term orthodontics skills. Opportunity to train to provide sedation. Observe and develop from an experienced minor oral surgeon. Observe and learn implant dentistry from our in-house implantologist.
Equipment: Rotary Endodontics as standard. X-rays in every surgery. Sectional matrix for use in posterior composites. Use of an iTero Scanner (within the company).
Requirements: Registered with the GDC. Active performer number.
