Beach Road Dental Centre is looking for a new family member to join their team. We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join our reception team. If you are wanting to work in the provision of high quality dental care, then look no further!

Job Role:

  • Reception - Answering the phone
  • Booking appointments
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Following instructions

Management:

  • Days: Monday - Friday
  • Must be available for late nights and weekends

Au Dental is a small family owned dental group aiming to provide the highest quality of dental care to patients that access its services. Our motto is Au Cares: Communication, Accountability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Solution.

The role is available as soon as possible. The dental practice has 6 surgeries and is very busy day to day. It has just undergone a huge refurbishment at reception. The practice is fully computerised using the Dentally system with iPads in every surgery. We aim to provide the highest quality of dental care and therefore ensure our staff have access to a very high standard of materials and equipment. We work with staff to ensure they have what they require to undertake their work to the highest quality.

The practice offers various dental services and cosmetic procedures. We rely on the services of our professional and highly skilled staff who serve as the foundation of all the services we provide. We strive for a diverse and inclusive workforce to function together, challenge each other, and bring the best out of each staff member. Our culture is multifaceted, and our aims are to achieve the best for all our staff while still providing a premium level of care for every patient.
