Key responsibilities:- Support the Project Manager in all contractual and commercial aspects of the project.
- Implement and administer subcontract agreements in line with NEC3 contract requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, identify risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation actions.
- Manage contractual communications (notifications, compensation events, early warnings) in accordance with NEC3 procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and traceability of contractual activities.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Contribute to claims management, dispute resolution, and contract close-out activities.
- Initial experience working in the UK environment.
- Proven experience in NEC3 contract management.
