Key responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager in all contractual and commercial aspects of the project.

  • Monitor contract performance, identify risks and opportunities, and propose mitigation actions.
  • Manage contractual communications (notifications, compensation events, early warnings) in accordance with NEC3 procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and traceability of contractual activities.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Contribute to claims management, dispute resolution, and contract close-out activities.
Profile:
  • Initial experience working in the UK environment.
  • Proven experience in NEC3 contract management.
  • Experience in the nuclear industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
