What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with experience and influence in the education ecosystem who can help us build connections with schools, colleges, and specialist provisions to bring our free tech education and wellbeing support to neurodivergent young people aged 14–25. You don’t need to “do the outreach” yourself — we’re looking for a trusted advisor and connector who can guide our approach, open doors where possible, and help us be heard and understood by the right people in education. You might be:
- A senior leader in a secondary school or college (e.g. headteacher, deputy, department head)
- A SENCO, inclusion lead, or pastoral leader with strong networks and an understanding of SEND provision
- A school governor or trustee, particularly in a multi-academy trust or FE college
- An education consultant, particularly with experience in enrichment, careers education, or SEND strategy
- A local authority officer working in education, SEND, or post-16 provision
- A former Ofsted inspector or education quality advisor
- A leader or manager at a teaching school hub, SCITT, or education training provider
- A staff member from a multi-academy trust (MAT) central team with partnership or outreach responsibility
- A school network or cluster coordinator
- A member of a regional careers hub, Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP), or careers leader
- An education charity professional, especially in programmes, delivery, or school engagement
- Someone working in youth work, alternative provision, or post-16 SEND settings
We’re looking for someone who:
- Understands how schools and colleges make decisions, especially around partnerships and enrichment
- Can help us shape our messaging and materials to resonate with school leaders and teachers
- Has excellent communication skills and is confident offering advice to a small, passionate team
- Ideally has existing relationships with schools or local education networks (preferred, not essential)
- Believes in equity, inclusion, and the value of neurodivergent-led approaches
What will you be doing?
We’re looking for someone embedded in the education system — a current or former senior leader, SENCO, education consultant, or someone with deep knowledge of secondary and further education — to help us connect with the right schools and shape how we communicate with them. Our charity delivers free tech education and wellbeing sessions for neurodivergent young people aged 14–25, especially those facing barriers to mainstream learning. Sessions are led by a neurodivergent team and focus on building digital skills, confidence, and employability. We are currently Haringey based & focused, but are ready to expand London-wide and beyond!
We’re now ready to scale this offer and are seeking support to:
- Identify and connect with relevant schools, colleges, and specialist provisions
- Understand school priorities and language to make our outreach more effective
- Advise on the best way to approach education leaders
- Introduce or connect us with key contacts where possible
This is not a cold-calling or sales role — it’s about helping us be heard, understood, and trusted by people working in schools. You’ll work closely with our passionate team and have a say in how we grow and refine our education partnerships.
