• Work with business partners and stakeholders to identify learning objectives based on target audience and create appropriate courseware.
• Advise on optimal operational processes while identifying region-specific nuances
• Extensive experience using LoanIQ in commercial lending
• Previous experience in implementation/migration projects
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, syndicate lending, and wholesale banking
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to provide updates to senior management on progress of migration
