- Advise on optimal operational processes while identifying region-specific nuances.
- Extensive experience using LoanIQ in commercial lending.
- Previous experience in implementation/migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending, syndicate lending, and wholesale banking.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to provide updates to senior management on progress of migration.
