We’re hiring an experienced Machine Adjuster to support production at a local manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who enjoy problem‑solving, maintaining equipment, and ensuring high-quality output.
What You’ll Do
- Set up machines for different product sizes and styles
- Monitor production and adjust machines to maintain speed, accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot issues, clear jams, and complete routine maintenance or minor repairs
- Inspect finished envelopes and make adjustments to meet quality standards
- Support machine operators as needed to keep production running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and complete basic production paperwork
- Communicate equipment and job updates between shifts
Physical Requirements
- Standing for most of the shift
- Repetitive hand/wrist motions and reaching
- Lifting up to 75 lbs
- Overtime as needed
