AtWork is Hiring! Full-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is an onsite position with a Monday–Friday schedule offering long-term career potential and a supportive team. Temp-to-Hire Opportunity. Pay: $24 – $28 per hour.

What you’ll be doing:

• Process invoices accurately and manage customer payments
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and account information
• Follow up on overdue balances and communicate with clients to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliations
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate cash flow tracking

What you bring to the table:

• Experience in Accounts Receivable
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid communication skills for client interactions
• Familiarity with NetSuite preferred
