We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems to ensure smooth order fulfillment and shipping processes. Prior warehouse experience and knowledge of OSHA safety standards are highly valued.

Duties:

  • Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems such as AS400.
  • Operate heavy equipment including reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
  • Support manufacturing processes by handling materials and packaging products according to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety standards and mechanical safety protocols.
  • Work in a manner that ensures all production goals are met.

Shift Schedule: Multiple shifts available.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, including inventory management, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks; preferred.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400, and inventory control procedures.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and general warehouse safety practices.
  • Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, stock movement, and extended periods of standing or walking within the warehouse environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and order fulfillment accuracy.
  • RF scanning experience a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
