As an Experiential Designer you will be at the forefront of defining and shaping the work ATW deliver to their clients.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Someone who believes in the power of a big idea and will want to create work that ultimately makes the audience feel something.
- A storyteller, comfortable building narrative no matter the medium. From experiential, to content, social, PR and innovation, you bring experience, accountability and a collaborative spirit to your creative endeavours.
- A minimum of 5-10 years in an agency setting, managing junior designers and freelance creative roles.
- Strong understanding of live event production and physical space, with knowledge of experiential design, scenic design, architecture, or similar.
- Strong technical experience with Adobe Creative Suite, 3D and CAD (or similar modeling) software (Ideally Sketchup).
- Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects and tasks, completing work within tight timelines.
- Deep knowledge and experience working with and directing experiential designers, graphic designers, fabricators, digital designers, and vendors.
- Curious, engaged in culture and bring your passions to the mix of diverse thinkers that call ATW home.
- Someone able to direct multiple disciplines, craft compelling narratives and deliver engaging client presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and an obsession with brand and cultural trends.
- Someone who can write, craft, and deliver engaging presentations that will frame the big idea for our clients and teams and be comfortable leading the pitch process from brief to presentation.
- Resource planning, including cultivating and managing roster of freelance talent.
- Experience in building creative teams, overseeing creative workflows and driving forward all creative deliverables across projects.

The Experiential Designer will be responsible for spearheading the creative concepting and executional design of campaigns and experiences from start to finish. You enjoy selling ideas in as much as making them and excel in structuring narratives for client presentations and pushing boundaries to creative format breaking work, working with internal business leaders and teams to transform brands through the power of culture.
You will lead creative project teams, monitoring progress, providing helpful critique, and infusing big ideas into the work, and consistently delivering inspired creative work that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Candidates should have experience working hand-in-hand with producers and external vendors to ensure all ideas and campaign elements are feasible given client goals, timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience crafting integrated creative campaigns, developing innovative ideas and overseeing all creative elements and teams. Understand and work within project parameters, including client goals and requirements, internal goals, audience experience, technical constraints, budget and timeline to create industry-leading creative work.
