We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our ATW Studio team in Cardiff. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate project requirements into visually compelling graphics that engage audiences across both physical and digital platforms.
Working closely with Project Managers, Producers, and the wider creative team, the Graphic Designer will contribute to the delivery of campaigns, activations, installations, and brand projects, ensuring that all visual outputs meet the high-quality standards of ATW Collective.
THE ROLE- Create and support graphics for projects and campaigns across multiple platforms, including physical environments, installations, social media, and digital channels.
- Ensure all graphics align with the ATW Collective brand identity and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Develop designs that encourage interaction, engagement, and sharing, helping to amplify campaigns and activations visually.
- Stay current with design trends, social media tools, and best practices to deliver innovative and relevant content.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Producers, and the wider creative team to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Prepare artwork-ready files for print, digital, and experiential outputs.
- Contribute to internal design tasks including presentations, case studies, website branding, and other creative assets.
- Participate in feedback sessions to continuously improve the quality, speed, and effectiveness of team output.
- Support the team during on-site activations when graphics or visual assets are being implemented.
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in the UK or MENA region.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across social media, campaigns, and multi-platform design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of Figma and understanding of workflows with motion graphic designers.
- Illustration skills are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Comfortable working collaboratively with project teams and client stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site during campaign or installation delivery when required.
