At Aturiya AI, we are building an AI-powered GTM platform that automates outbound sales at scale. We need someone who can own the technical roadmap - not wait for one to be handed to them.
The role:
- You will be the engineering lead on the product, deciding how things get built, not just building what is specified.
- You will ship features end-to-end: from problem framing through to production.
- The stack is Next.js/React on the front, FastAPI/Python on the back, PostgreSQL/Supabase for data, deployed on Vercel/AWS.
Day-to-day looks like:
- Designing and building core platform features (email automation, lead generation, integrations, MCPs).
- Making architectural calls on LLM orchestration, eval pipelines, and agent reliability.
- Shipping fast, iterating from real user feedback, not spec documents.
- Working directly with founders on product direction.
What we are looking for:
- You have built and shipped products, not just features, and can point to something real.
- You are strong across the stack but especially deep in Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js.
- You have worked with LLMs in production - prompt engineering, evals, handling non-determinism.
- You have taste and care about UX, API design, code structure because sloppy work bothers you.
- You default to action; when something is unclear, you make a call and move without waiting for permission or perfect information.
- 3+ years building software professionally; more matters less than what you have actually shipped.
How we work:
- Small team, high trust, high accountability.
- We ship and measure outcomes, not hours.
- Direct communication; no politics, no layers.
- If something is broken, say it. If you disagree, say it.
- This is not a role to coast at work; if you want low stakes and a predictable 9-to-5, this isn’t it.
- Hybrid (London) or remote.
- Compensation - above-median salary for the right person. We pay well for exceptional talent.
To apply:
We are building for a world where AI agents run most GTM — we want builders who think from first principles, move fast, and care deeply about product impact. Don’t just send a CV. Show us something you have built: a side project, an open-source contribution, a demo, a write-up of a hard technical problem you solved - anything that shows how you think and what you ship.
