At Aturiya AI, we're building an AI-powered GTM platform that automates outbound sales at scale. Small team, moving fast, shipping weekly. You'll be the engineering lead on the product. You'll ship features end-to-end: from problem framing through to production.

Technologies used include:

  • js/React on the front
  • FastAPI/Python on the back
  • PostgreSQL/Supabase for data
  • Deployed on Vercel/AWS

Responsibilities include designing and building core platform features such as email automation, lead generation, integrations, and MCPs. You will be shipping fast, iterating from real user feedback, not spec documents.

You have built and shipped products, not just features. You're strong across the stack but especially deep in Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js. You care about UX, API design, and code structure - not because someone told you to, but because sloppy work bothers you.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years building software professionally
  • More matters less than what you've actually shipped
  • We ship and measure outcomes, not hours

This position is hybrid (London) or remote. Compensation includes an above-median salary for the right person, with a base of 120,000 per annum + bonus.

We’re building for a world where AI agents run most GTM — we want builders who think from first principles, move fast, and care deeply about product impact. A side project, an open-source contribution, a demo, or a write-up of a hard technical problem you solved - anything that shows how you think and what you ship.
