We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing plans and activities across key territories. This role is ideal for someone who understands the B2B environment, is passionate about marketing, and has experience of delivering impactful campaigns that drive business growth. The role requires collaboration with a range of stakeholders as well as the ability to work proactively. The ideal person understands the customer journey, puts the customer at the centre of decision making and uses data and insights to continuously improve marketing performance and outcomes. This is a new role and will provide the successful candidate a great opportunity to get exposure to various dynamics of the business and nutritional market segments.
Deltagen UK Ltd is a UK manufacturer of pulse proteins for the food and nutritional ingredients market. Our aim is to enable the food and beverage industry to sustainably meet the demand for protein. We offer a range of proteins including Chickpea, Red Lentil and Fava Bean. All of our proteins are manufactured in the UK to the highest of standards in our own modern production facility. We are focused on producing plant proteins backed by nutritional, sensory and application science.
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and activities to drive growth and support delivery of business targets.
- Develop marketing plans that align with business and local requirements, and are consistent with overall strategy, purpose, and long-term objectives.
- Implement multi-channel campaigns across full marketing mix including social media, digital advertising, email, content, and traditional marketing.
- Plan and deliver external events and trade fairs according to commercial objectives guidelines and customer trends.
- Develop and drive marketing activities to create demand, support sales and increase customer loyalty.
- Set clear and measurable goals and KPIs for all marketing activities, analyse performance across channels, report results, and optimise campaigns to drive measurable improvements.
- Monitor, analyse, and evaluate local market trends and segments, and competitor activities to identify market opportunities; adjust marketing activities to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
- As a guardian of the ATURA brand, ensure brand guidelines are applied and key messages are consistently delivered in all marketing material.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies (e.g. event agencies, marketing agencies, graphic designers, printers) to support the delivery of marketing activities.
Experience and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in marketing. Experience of B2B would be preferable.
- Proven experience planning and executing successful marketing activities and campaigns demonstrating measurable business impact.
- Experience in planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience of working within an international brand or organisation would be beneficial and an appreciation of cultural differences.
- Strong understanding of brand and reputation management.
- Demonstrable skills in written and oral communication and the ability to gather information, critique and edit content effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and proof-reading.
Salary: Negotiable based on Experience
Annual Leave: 21 days + Bank Holidays
