Our Working Day

Office hours are 9:00 to 17:00 (37.5 hour working week), Monday to Friday, with flexible working options available to work from 8:00 to 16:00, 9:00 to 17:00, or 10:00 to 18:00.

The Role

Are you looking for an opportunity to qualify as a Solicitor within the area of Corporate Law? Do you want to work under the supervision of an established and well-regarded Corporate Law team? We have an opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal wanting to take that next step to qualifying. This may be just the opportunity you are looking for!

The Candidate

  • At least 12 months previous experience of working as a Paralegal or Assistant in a Corporate Law setting.
  • Experience of undertaking/assisting on all aspects of corporate transactions such as business sales/purchases and share sales/purchases.
  • A driven and self-motivated individual who can build strong client relationships, alongside delivering excellent client care.
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team.
