Our Working Day Office hours are 9:00-17:00 Monday to Friday, with flexible working options available to work 8:00-16:00, 9:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00. This constitutes a 37.5-hour working week. The position is in our London office.
The Role
The Property Apprenticeship will provide you with the knowledge, skills, qualifications and understanding required to be a Property Lawyer. You will work from our London office supporting the team with a mix of administrative and legal work and will have the equivalent to one day per week studying with our chosen provider. Over the course of the apprenticeship you will obtain a CLC. At the end of the apprenticeship you will become a Licensed Conveyancer, with at least 4 years of practical experience. You will gain experience in managing a Conveyancing caseload with support from your Line Manager and Training Manager. This will include reviewing property title documents, mortgages and much more.
The Candidate
- A-levels: CCC or equivalent.
- Five GCSEs at Level 4 (c) or above including English and Maths.
- Ability to work independently whilst also being a Team Player.
- Friendly and caring attitude.
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong willingness to learn and ability to absorb constructive criticism effectively.
