Our Working Day
Office hours are 9:00 to 17:00 (37.5 hour working week), Monday to Friday, with flexible working options available to work from 8:00 to 16:00, 9:00 to 17:00, or 10:00 to 18:00.
The Role

The Candidate
- At least 12 months previous experience of working as a Paralegal or Assistant in a Corporate Law setting.
- Experience of undertaking/assisting on all aspects of corporate transactions such as business sales/purchases and share sales/purchases.
- A driven and self‑motivated individual who can build strong client relationships, alongside delivering excellent client care.
- Someone who enjoys being part of a team.
