Number Two to the Head of Operations - Hedge Fund

Growing Macro Hedge Fund is looking to attract a highly driven individual to join as #2 to the Head of Operations.

This role works alongside the Head of Operations blending T0/real time trade assistant duties with projects to further scale the business and implement systems and efficiencies.

Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading projects and collaborating with other stakeholders to streamline processes/systems and enhance workflows.
• Building tools to ensure T+0 capture, and effective trade management.
• Ensure oversight and appropriate escalation responses for all post-trade processes.
• Daily trade reporting.
• Monitoring and analysing live trading positions and P&L.

The successful candidate will have:

• 7-12 years of experience in operational or trading roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability mindset.
• Demonstrated knowledge of rates and fixed income products.
• An ability to deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Track record or building and maintaining new systems and procedures.
