Attribution Search are currently supporting a mid-sized private debt manager in their search for a Junior Loan Operations Specialist to join their London office on a permanent basis.
As a Junior Loan Operations Specialist, you will support the operational execution of syndicated loan transactions, helping to ensure that all aspects of loan administration run smoothly.
- Process and review syndicated loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreements.
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of syndicated loans, including monitoring drawdowns, repayments, and interest payments.
- Liaise with relationship managers, legal teams, agents, and lenders to resolve issues and maintain efficient loan operations.
- Support the preparation of regular reporting on loan activity, financial positions, and compliance.
- Assist with covenant monitoring, compliance checks, and regulatory reporting.
