Our client, a globally renowned Tier One hedge fund, is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join their high-performing team. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team responsible for supporting the firm’s regulatory reporting obligations. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and deliver accurate reporting across short selling, shareholding, and Takeover Panel disclosures
- Partner with Legal & Compliance to interpret regulatory changes and implement new requirements
- Draft requirements for regulatory change and new business initiatives
- Continuously assess reporting risk and enhance controls
- Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and MI reporting
- Stay current with evolving regulatory landscapes to ensure full compliance
- Subject matter expertise in short selling, shareholder, and Takeover Panel reporting regimes
- Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and their operational impact
- Solid knowledge of financial instruments across equities, fixed income, and commodities
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management experience
