We're looking for an experienced Product Controller/P&L professional to join a high-performing Valuations team supporting a sophisticated Emerging Markets & Delta One trading business at a leading Multi-strategy hedge fund. You'll partner directly with Portfolio Managers, Trading, Operations and Fund Accounting, taking ownership of P&L production, valuations and pricing across a broad range of OTC derivatives. You'll be responsible for the daily and monthly P&L and valuation process, ensuring pricing accuracy, investigating valuation breaks and delivering timely reporting to key stakeholders. Working across Enfusion, Geneva and Bloomberg, you'll play a key role in maintaining robust controls while helping improve processes and support new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily and monthly P&L production and analysis
- P&L reconciliations and valuation oversight across OTC derivatives
- Investigate pricing discrepancies and explain P&L movements
- Partner with Portfolio Managers, Operations, Technology and Fund Accounting teams globally
- Support new product setup and ongoing valuation controls
- Drive automation and process improvements where possible
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Product Control, P&L Reporting or Valuations
- Strong OTC derivatives knowledge
- Solid understanding of P&L attribution and valuation methodologies
- Experience analysing risk sensitivities, including Greeks
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA/SQL/Python skills desired)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure
- Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
