Attribution Search are working with a leading Multi-Strategy Hedge Fund, who are looking to hire a Fund Accountant to join their London team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high performing, technology-driven fund accounting function - working on real, business-critical projects from day one rather than routine BAU processing. You'll get genuine cross-functional exposure, working closely with Front Office, Risk, Corporate Accounting, Client Servicing, Legal & Compliance, Operations and Treasury teams, and a clear path to take on more senior responsibility as you develop.
The role covers the full front-to-back NAV cycle - NAV production, pricing, fund fees/expenses, financial statements and reporting across a large, complex multi-strategy fund range - with real scope to drive automation and process improvement, including exposure to AI tooling and SQL.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified ACA (or equivalent), up to 2 years' PQE
- Big 4 trained strongly preferred
- Strong academic record
- Strong attention to detail, works well under pressure
