Attribution Search are supporting a leading Multi Strat Hedge Fund in their search for a Reference Data Manager to lead a small team in London with additional team members in global locations. Sitting within the Middle office support function, the Data Operations team is responsible for maintaining the Global Security Master and ensuring high data quality standards. The team oversees the onboarding of new securities and attributes while monitoring data integrity across systems to support downstream processes.
The role requires a detail-oriented Reference Data Operations Specialist with strong experience in Security Master and reference data within financial services. The position involves managing data quality controls, monitoring corporate actions and market data events, resolving issues with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and partnering with technology teams to enhance processes and workflows.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience with financial instruments, market data providers, and analytical tools (SQL/Python) gained at an Investment bank or buyside business. To be considered, candidates must have experience supervising/managing a team.
