Responsibilities
- Collaborating with designated business units to identify inefficiencies in processes and potential automation opportunities.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of business workflows, assisting with data clean-up, and preparing data for ad-hoc requests.
- Working closely with internal software development teams and third-party vendors to develop and integrate solutions that deliver comprehensive, enterprise-wide software capabilities.
- Leading projects that focus on coordinating and developing data analytics and reporting solutions, including:
- Senior Management Reporting, Investor and Regulatory Reporting.
- Business Development and Investor Relations.
- Support for Front Office PMs, Traders, and Analysts.
- Risk Analytics.
- Middle Office operations.
- Collaborating with offsite and offshore development teams.
- Continuously contributing to enhancing data accessibility and innovating dashboard features.
Candidates must have1-3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably in asset management. Proficiency in SQL and strong Power BI skills are a must as well as excellent communication skills. Familiarity with one or more asset classes, such as bank loans, bonds, credit derivatives, or FX forwards is highly desired.
