Attribution Search is partnered with a global credit investment business seeking to hire a CLO Trading Assistant into its London team. This is a high-exposure role offering front-to-back ownership of CLO lifecycle management across multiple active vehicles. Working closely with Portfolio Managers, Trustees, Agent Banks and internal credit teams, this position sits at the centre of the firm’s CLO operations, ideal for someone who enjoys structured credit, detailed portfolio analysis, and managing the integrity of complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily oversight of CLO portfolio reconciliations, including cash, positions, and trade activity.
• Running and validating Collateral Quality Tests, Coverage Tests, and Portfolio Profile Tests under the transaction’s indenture.
• Managing cashflows, waterfalls, interest payments, fees, and equity distributions.
• Liaising directly with Trustees, Agent Banks and counterparties to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Supporting warehouse facilities, CLO resets, refinancing\’s, and new issue processes.
• Ensuring timely settlement of loan and bond trades across the CLO structures.
• Working with internal teams on ESMA, MIFID II and regulatory reporting.
• Maintaining and enhancing core systems (WSO / Allvue) and helping drive process improvement across the platform.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in CLO Transaction Management/client services/operations.
• Strong working knowledge of WSO, Allvue, ClearPar or CDO Suite.
• Understanding of full deal life cycle and relevant checks.
• Experience interacting with Trustees, Agents, Arrangers or PMs.
• Must be comfortable working with detailed portfolio and cashflow data.
