CLO Operations Analyst

Attribution Search are supporting a Global Credit Investment Manager who are looking to add to their existing team in London.

They are seeking a candidate with 1-3 years experience in CLO or Loan Operations/Administration.

Daily tasks include monitoring and reconciling cash, positions, and CLO compliance tests, as well as generating investor reports and waterfall calculations. Responsible for preparing test trade scenarios, modelling, and verifying CLO and warehouse compliance. Review CLO governing documents to ensure compliance requirements are met, while navigating the CLO lifecycle (Closings, Effective Dates, Resets, and Refinancing\’s). Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve processes, handle ad-hoc projects, and maintain communication with internal teams, corporate service providers, trustees, and administrators.

The business are looking to add headcount after continued growth and are open to seeing both buy and sell side candidates. To be considered you must have between 1-3 years CLO or Loan Ops experience with a preference being for candidates who have existing knowledge of CLO\’s.
