Attribution Search is supporting a leading multi-strategy hedge fund in the search for a Reference Data Manager to lead a London-based team, with additional members across global locations. This is a high-impact leadership role within Middle Office Data Operations, overseeing the Global Security Master and driving best-in-class data quality standards across the firm. The team plays a critical role in onboarding new securities and attributes, safeguarding data integrity, and ensuring seamless support for trading, risk, and downstream functions.
We’re looking for a detail-driven reference data specialist with deep expertise in Security Master management within financial services. You’ll take ownership of data quality controls, oversee corporate actions and market data events, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate closely with technology teams to enhance automation, controls, and workflow efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong experience in reference data and Security Master operations (Investment Bank or buy-side)
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and market data providers
