I'm working with a global credit manager that is expanding its Liquid Credit platform and further strengthening its CLO capabilities. The firm manages a substantial and growing private debt portfolio and is seeking an experienced CLO Structuring professional to support the build-out of its CLO platform, CLO equity strategies, and associated warehouse vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the issuance of CLOs, leading modelling activities for new issues, refinancing's and resets, and coordinating closely with structuring and placement teams.
- Contribute to the CLO issuance pipeline through detailed analysis of existing transactions and assessment of new opportunities.
- Play an active role in portfolio optimisation, including evaluating trading impacts, structural enhancements, and modelling outcomes to improve performance across the CLO platform.
- Assist with RFPs, due diligence requests, and other materials as part of the CLO marketing and fundraising process.
- Review and interpret CLO indentures, assessing their implications for portfolio economics and cash-flow modelling.
- Monitor market trends, pricing levels and competitor activity to inform ongoing structuring and optimisation decisions.
- Contribute to the management of CLO equity vehicles and support European CLO tranche investment initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in CLO structuring, credit portfolio management, or a related area within leveraged finance.
- Strong modelling skills with the ability to analyse cash-flow impacts and support portfolio optimisation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of CLO documentation and transaction mechanics.
- Highly organised, analytical and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
