They are looking for a Business Manager to join the International Operations team. The role focuses on cross-regional governance, strategic execution, project delivery, capacity planning, and senior stakeholder reporting. It’s a fantastic role for someone with a strong background in hedge funds, investment banking, or financial markets operations who enjoys bringing structure to complex workstreams. The opportunity is paying up to 150k + Bonus.
The Opportunity
- Own and drive strategic initiatives across international operations
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Data and regional teams
- Build clear governance, reporting and executive-level MI
- Lead capacity, resource and operating-model planning
- Track major transformation and migration programmes from planning through delivery
- Turn complex data into concise insights, risks and actions
- Improve processes, transparency and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in business management, operations, strategy, programme delivery, or business analysis
- Excellent Excel, analytical and reporting skills
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, P&L and risk
- Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders across multiple regions
- Nice to Have: Prior operational or middle office experience in trade support rather than strictly business/project management
