The business, a recognised brand in its space, has seen significant global growth over the past five years. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with both U.S. and London-based trading desks, ensuring accurate and timely settlement of equity transactions.
You will oversee settlements, collaborating with traders to support the entire execution workflow from trade capture to final settlement. You’ll manage corporate actions, entitlements, and clearing activities. Additionally, you will play a key role in investigating and resolving trade and position breaks with clearing firms and prime brokers. This role offers ownership of operational processes and the chance to drive enhancements to internal systems and workflows. You’ll work closely with technology teams to improve the efficiency and functionality of operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in middle or back office operations, particularly in equity settlements. Candidates with additional coverage of broader Fixed Income products are highly desired. You must be comfortable and confident when interacting with front office traders and senior management as the role is exposed to both.
