Now, we’re looking for a brilliant Organic Search Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in driving our organic visibility, traffic, and growth.

What you\’ll do:

  • Support and deliver an insight-led, data-driven SEO content strategy
  • Identify content opportunities through audits, keyword research, and performance tracking
  • Create, optimise, and continuously improve on-site content across key landing pages, listings, and editorial
  • Stay ahead of SEO trends – including AI, Google’s evolving SERPs, and search behaviour
  • Collaborate across marketing, SEO, dev, and design teams to align with broader goals
  • Contribute to Digital PR campaigns and link building efforts
  • Use tools like BrightEdge, GA4, and GSC to inform strategy and track results

What we\’re looking for:

  • 4+ years’ hands-on SEO experience, with a strong focus on organic content
  • A strategic mindset and a track record of delivering results
  • Confidence using enterprise SEO platforms (e.g. BrightEdge)
  • A good grasp of AI tools to support (but not replace) high-quality content
  • Strong stakeholder communication and project management skills
  • A basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a bonus
  • A love for theme parks won’t hurt either
