As a named supplier on 17 national frameworks, including both NHS SBS and CCS for AV and IT solutions, they continue to grow through delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive results.
They are now seeking a driven and self-motivated Key Account Manager to join their internal sales team in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and contributing to long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key client accounts
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the client base
- Deliver strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and business targets
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and contract renewals
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert knowledge on product offerings and industry trends
- Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, product, procurement, and support to ensure seamless delivery
- Monitor and report on key account metrics, including sales performance and client satisfaction
- Resolve client issues promptly by coordinating with technical and support teams
