About You

This role would suit someone looking to build a career in business systems and technology, whether through professional experience or academic study.

The role will be based in our Cheltenham head office, and offers hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Provide first-line support to users by answering questions and resolving application-related issues.
  • Guide users on how to use business systems and follow the correct processes.
  • Manage user accounts and system access, including liaising with third-party suppliers where required.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and escalate more complex issues to senior team members where appropriate.
  • Monitor, prioritise and maintain support tickets, ensuring users receive regular updates.
  • Support system administration activities and help maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work with the wider Applications team to test system changes and new functionality.
  • Assist in maintaining support documentation, user guides and knowledge articles.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business to understand user needs and improve system adoption.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process enhancement projects.
  • Develop an understanding of business systems, integrations and emerging technologies.
