About The Role
As a FP&A Analyst, you will report to the Head of FP&A and be responsible for providing robust analysis to feed into the forecasting, budgeting and 3-year plan processes. This will entail working with various areas of the business to ensure the financial information presented has integrity, with associated opportunities and risks clearly articulated.
About You
You are a detail‑oriented and analytical qualified or part‑qualified accountant with at least five years' experience in finance, comfortable analysing large financial data‑sets and establishing insights from analysis undertaken. Your excellent financial modelling and presentational skills will enable you to produce quality analysis to support business decision making. You are a self‑starter who takes ownership in ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
Essential Skills And Experience
Qualified or part‑qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 5 years' finance experience.
Financial modelling experience, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow.
Ability to simplify complex financial information succinctly for a broad range of stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
Highly organised, able to perform under pressure and at pace, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Skills And Experience
Cashflow management and reporting.
Experience working in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities Include
Creating complex financial models and forecasts.
Providing financial insights and modelling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting that align with Attivo’s strategy, including scenario analysis.
Working with key stakeholders, alongside analysing data trends to derive well‑evidenced financial modelling assumptions.
Ongoing benefits tracking of strategic programmes.
Production of analysis to support investor and debt provider information requests.
Cost management: review and identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
Supporting cashflow management and reporting.
Supporting acquisition due diligence and reporting.
Analyse financial data and market trends for the sector.
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Salary and benefits
£50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
