About the Role

As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a vital role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring all enquiries are handled with efficiency and professionalism. You will manage inbound communications, assist with client inquiries and facilitate the seamless transfer of business during acquisitions. Working closely with key stakeholders, including Financial Planners, you will support the arrangement of annual client review meetings and various projects.

About You

You are naturally inquisitive, have excellent communication skills, and are highly organised with sharp attention to detail. You thrive under a busy workload. You have prior experience working in financial services and can leverage this to provide first‑class service. You maintain working relationships with peers and key stakeholders, supporting them with tasks. You are a fast learner, able to pick things up quickly and seek out learning opportunities. The successful candidate will need to be based at our Cheltenham Office a minimum of 3 days per week, with the option to work remotely the remaining days. We value work‑life balance and offer flexible working alongside our hybrid approach.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Ensure that all enquiries are handled efficiently and promptly, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Adhere to FCA requirements regarding compliance, customer risk and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
  • Document all client interactions accurately on Intelligent Office and adhere to GDPR.
  • Use knowledge of Attivo Group products and services to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with other team members and Financial Planners to provide the best services to all new and existing clients.
  • Ensure all activities are accurately recorded and updated.
  • Proactively maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of business processes and service offerings to clients.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs graded A‑B (6), including Maths and English, or equivalent evidence of the same level of ability.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, numerical and IT skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational, time management and caseload management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience within Financial Planning or Wealth Management.
  • A relevant degree, such as Economics, or industry experience.
  • An aspiration to become a Financial Planner or Paraplanner.
  • Currently working towards a Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII).

Salary and Benefits
