About The Role:
As a FP&A Analyst, you will report to the Head of FP&A and be responsible for providing robust analysis to feed into the forecasting, budgeting and 3-year plan processes. This will entail working with various areas of the business to ensure the financial information presented has integrity, with associated opportunities and risks clearly articulated.
About You:
You are a detail-oriented and analytical qualified accountant with a solid foundation in FP&A, backed by at least three years of relevant post-qualified experience. Your excellent financial modelling and presentational skills will enable you to produce quality analysis to support business decision making. You are a self-starter who takes ownership in ensuring deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creating complex financial models and forecasts.
- Providing financial insights and modelling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting that align with Attivo's strategy, including scenario analysis.
- Working with key stakeholders, alongside analysing data trends to derive well-evidenced financial modelling assumptions.
- Ongoing benefits tracking of strategic programmes.
- Production of analysis to support investor and debt provider information requests.
- Cost management: review and identify efficiencies and opportunities for cost reductions across the business.
- Supporting cashflow management and reporting.
- Supporting acquisition due diligence and reporting.
- Analysing financial data and market trends for the sector.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3+ years' post-qualification experience.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial information succinctly for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised, able to perform under pressure and at pace, while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in the financial services industry.
Salary and benefits:
£50,000 - £60,000 (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications)
