We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily use Low-Level Order Pickers (LLOPs) to pick, pack, and move stock within our warehouse in both ambient and chill. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in warehouse operations or for those looking to develop new skills in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate LLOPs to pick and transport goods safely and efficiently.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Conduct routine checks of LLOPs and report any faults or damages.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to company health and safety policies at all times.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management when required.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Good communication skills.
Desirable:
- LLOP experience (training provided for the right candidate).
