The role is ideal for a proven Recruitment Manager, Recruitment Consultant, or an ambitious senior recruiter ready to take the lead of an operation and build a successful, high‑performing DSUK business.

The Role: BDM Industrial you will have full responsibility for the performance, growth, and day‑to‑day management of the Uxbridge Operation, including managing your own team of sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing Industrial recruitment desks
