The Role
An Account Manager will be working as part of a team to deliver the day-to-day servicing of a client.
Salary: up to £35,000 depending on experience
Location: Uxbridge, UB8 1AB
Responsibilities
- As Account Coordinator you will be responsible for the delivery of the agreed service provision, managing the day-to-day orders against the clients requirements.
- Working as part of a team to deliver our orders.
- Management of the day to day client relationship with the General Manager / Site Lead.
- Managing candidate attraction through various forms of advertising i.e. job sites and social media.
- Supporting the screening of candidates.
- Accountable for candidate compliance eligibility to work in the UK prior to interviewing.
- Working with other colleagues or clients on engagement activities for our workers.
Experience / Attributes
- Working as a team
- Good communication skills including the ability to listen to others
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with differing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good Microsoft skills Outlook / Word / Excel
- Working hours may vary and flexibility ultimately is required due to the nature of the business.
