The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 Β£ per year.
The successful candidate will be a key part of our Senior Management Team and providing maternity cover for our work driving improvements to accessibility and inclusion across the music and live events industry. This will include:
- Overseeing our Live Events Access Charter and Grassroots Community Accessibility Framework.
- Delivering work improving how we collect and address feedback from our network of disabled artists, audiences, professionals and volunteers.
- Drive our paid Charter membership scheme.
- Delivering some of our earned income work (e.g. training, accessibility workshops and access consultancy).
- Providing input into our artist, audience and skills development work and internal culture.
Additionally, the post-holder will carry out Senior Management functions around line management, budget management and strategy development.
Please note: We commit to making reasonable adjustments to enable the successful candidate to succeed in the role. However, on-site delivery of training and consultancy is essential to this role; were an adjustment required around this, it would need to be delivered in a way where the postholder was still delivering on-site.
