Senior / Principal Consultant (Hardware)
Based in Central Manchester → Relocating to the USA after 18–24 months
Up to £45,000 base + uncapped monthly commission up to 50% (no threshold)

The Role
A commercially led 360 position where you will:
- Identify, target, and win new clients across robotics, autonomy, perception, sensing, and deep‑tech hardware markets.
- Build long‑term relationships with engineering leaders, founders, and technical decision‑makers.
- Manage and grow existing Attis accounts, expanding into new teams, programs, and product lines.
- Run retained/exclusive searches for niche hardware roles including Electronics, FPGA, PCB, RF, embedded systems, Robotics hardware, mechatronics, perception sensors, etc.
- Source proactively across LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market maps, referrals and technical communities.
- Deliver full 360 cycles: client acquisition, search strategy, delivery, negotiation, and account expansion.
- Feed real‑time market intelligence into BD strategy and vertical development.
- Prepare for relocation to the USA as part of the founding team building our US presence.
- 1–3+ years in agency recruitment (360 or 180 with proven commercial appetite).
- Confidence operating in technical or engineering‑heavy markets.
- Excited at the prospect of relocating to the USA
- Evidence of winning new business or expanding accounts.
- Strong sourcing capability
- Excellent communication, prioritisation, and relationship‑building.
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Experience recruiting hardware, robotics, electronics, embedded systems, or deep‑tech engineering roles.
- Exposure to US clients or high‑growth scaleups.
- A genuine interest in emerging technologies and complex engineering challenges.
